Redhook Falls on Tough Times

Redhook's Paul Shipman had the unenviable task of reporting that sales of Redhook are slipping in its core market. Redhook experienced a 10.5% decline in West Coast volume in Q2 and a 15.7% decline in their home market of Washington state. Paul blamed this sales decline on the initial "uncertainty" associated with their new sales and marketing deal that they have with Widmer called the Craft Brands Alliance (CBA), which will allow the two craft brewers to share a sales
