Merrill Lynch Sues Joe Coors, Jr., Alleging “Foolishness”

In a bizarre development, brokerage firm Merrill Lynch filed suit against Joe Coors, Jr. last week in Denver to recoup costs associated with an investment scam which was pulled on Joe and a partner.Merrill is basing their suit on the allegation that Joe Coors and a partner, Mack Robinson from Mississippi (former owner of McDonalds franchises), were fools to fall for a scam that involved an investment of $40 million which promised 75% weekly returns. That's a pretty rich investment
