After 11 years at the helm, Constellation Brands chief Rob Sands will be stepping down, effective March 1, 2019 and current president and coo Bill Newlands will take his place, reports The Wall Street Journal.Rob will still be around to guide the company as executive chairman, replacing his brother Richard Sands, who will become executive vice chairman.
