RNDC Completes Sale to KEG 1 After Reaching NWS Settlement

Dear Client:   KEG 1, in conjunction with K1 Management Services (K1MS), announced today that it officially closed on the acquisition of RNDC's Kentucky assets on Friday, October 30.
