Alert: Breakthru Buys Bacchus Importers

Breakthru Beverage Group has acquired wholesaler Bacchus Importers from the extended Merinoff family--which includes Breakthru chairman Charlie Merinoff and various other family members--formally bringing the company under the Breakthru umbrella.
