Grand Marnier Goes to Campari for $760 Million

Gruppo Campari has expounded on reports yesterday [see WSD 3-14-2016] with news that it has agreed to purchase a controlling stake in Grand Marnier's parent company, Societe des Produits Marnier Lapostolle (SPML).
