SGWS, Jarboe Form JV in Oklahoma

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits has agreed to form a joint venture distributorship with Jarboe Sales Company in Oklahoma. The deal will close on October 1, 2018, the same day the law that permits the sale of wine and full-strength beer in grocery and c-stores takes effect.
