RNDC, Central Liquor Form JV in Oklahoma

Republic National Distributing Co. and Central Liquor Company have agreed to form a joint venture distributorship in Oklahoma. CLD is owned and operated by third generation partners - Brad, Greg and Justin Naifeh.RNDC and the Naifeh family have been partners since 2004 through RNDC's brokerage operation in the state. But effective October 1, 2018, the two companies will combine to distribute spirits, wine and beer across all 77 counties in Oklahoma.The joint venture follows the passage of a state ballot
