Garco Wine Company - whose suppliers include Wilson Daniels, The Other Guys, Seghesio, Prestige, Opus One, Groth, McManis and many others - has filed a lawsuit against Constellation Brands, alleging that Constellation gave a notice of termination on March 25 without good cause, and is asking the wholesaler to give up its rights under state law.BACKGROUND.
