RNDC Bankruptcy Process Rolling Forward 

Dear Client:  After filing for bankruptcy this summer, Republic National Distributing Co. continues to wind down its operations, officially settling claims and nearing another major deal closure. Here's the latest.  REYES OFFICIALLY SETTLED. On September 4, US Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez entered a final order authorizing and approving RNDC's settlement process with Reyes.  You may recall, the settlement process was approved last month, with Reyes set to recoup $40.3 million to satisfy the Post-Closing True-Up Amount, i.e. the price adjustments
