FORTUNE WELCOMES ITS NEWEST BOARD MEMBER

Fortune Brands has elected Richard A. Goldstein, former chairman and CEO of International Flavors and Fragrances, Inc., to its board of directors. Goldstein also served in key executive positions at Unilever for 25 years.
