CONSTELLATION NOT “IMMUNE TO A TAKEOVER.”

After Constellation altered its fiscal 2008 outlook yesterday to reflect a somewhat depressing outcome, the wires have been abuzz with the news. Could Constellation soon be the victim of a hostile takeover (much like its acquisition of Vincor last year?) If not, what does the future pose?
