Hop and Wine Fined for Distributing in D.C. from Virginia Warehouse

Dear Client:Hop and Wine Beverage has been fined more than $30,000 in D.C. after the local Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) found them guilty on 15 counts of having "violated terms of [their] wholesaler's license." Each count cost the distributor $2,000 (as a first-time, primary tier violation).BBD has obtained the official investigative reports on the matter.
