California A-B House Deal: Heimark Distributing Buying Alford

Dear Client: There's an A-B distribution deal going down in Southern California, as Heimark Distributing has just announced that it's set to acquire Alford Distributing. The “asset purchase” is slated to close at the end of October and will see Heimark expand its footprint into the state's Imperial Valley.
