In fact, they're moving the same amount of volume as in 2008, and though it's not ideal, former NBWA chair and current president of Del Papa Distributing in the Texas Gulf Coast understands. Everything that's growing is either "higher priced, higher alcohol, or higher hops. You can't consume as much of any of those," he said. "Dollars are up, volume is down and that's the trend
