US Beverage Acquires Uinta Brewing

Dear Client: US Beverage, a sales and marketing company representing everything from Innis & Gunn to Malibu Splash, today announced it has formed a joint venture to acquire Utah’s largest independent craft brewer, 29-year-old Uinta Brewing.   Details were sparse and price wasn't disclosed. But the companies said that Uinta leadership, operations and staff will remain in place.   The company tells CBD that the new JV "is between US Beverage and Crestone, a family office with expertise in the manufacturing space.
