New Belgium Brewing Company is reportedly “looking for a buyer that could value the U.S. company at more than $1 billion, according to people familiar with the matter,” per Reuters report.
Lazard Middle Market is advising the Fort Collins-based company on the potential sale, per sources. The advisory firm and New Belgium both had nothing to say on the matter.
Recall, New Belgium has been a 100% employee owned company for nearly three years.
