PE Firm Acquires Canworks

Dear Client: Milwaukee-based private equity firm Mason Wells has acquired Canworks, the fast-growing digital can printer serving craft beer and a wide range of other beverage categories, the companies announced today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Recall, Canworks is an Austin-based company, founded by brothers Ryan and Marshall Thompson in 2020, that has been on quite the growth tear. When CBD caught up with Ryan earlier this year, he shared that the company had printed just under 200
