CBA Acquiring Partner Brewers AMB, Wynwood and Cisco

Dear Client:Craft Brew Alliance is cementing the partnerships it's started over the last few years since its initial strategic partnership with North Carolina's Appalachian Mountain Brewery kicked off back in 2015.Since then, CBA made other, similar deals, with Massachusetts-based Cisco Brewers (Nantucket) in late 2015, and then with Florida-based Wynwood Brewing Co., in December 2016. Only Wynwood involved a minority (24.5%) stake; the others centered around the aforementioned "strategic partnerships," to increase production and grow distribution using CBA's brewing facilities
