CANarchy to be Acquired by Monster for $330 Million

Dear Client: One of the largest craft brewery platforms, CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, was acquired today by one of the top beverage companies, Monster Beverage. News hit this morning that Monster has struck a definitive agreement to acquire CANarchy, which produced nearly 490,000 barrels in 2020, for $330 million in cash.
