Dear Client: Salt Lake City and Denver-based Epic Brewing is one of those breweries that keeps coming up. Their angle? Utah's first brewery since Prohibition to brew exclusively high alcohol content beer. You may have heard of their buzzworthy, oak-aged "Brainless on Cherries" beer, which falls under the banner of their "Exponential" series. Indeed, part of Epic's strength is their approach to market as three breweries in one. They have a "Classic" series of styles, which does particularly well in
