Boy, the mainstream press had a heyday with the beer industry yesterday. First, my man Chris Lawton at the Wall Street Journal (who is quickly edging out Truscott as the go-to Journal expert on the beer biz) penned a piece about Miller Brewing Co.'s new ad direction. As telegraphed by Miller president Norman Adami at a speech to Miller distributors two weeks ago, Miller will be taking a page from Boston Beer's Jim Koch and pre-Leo Kiely Coors Brewing Co.,
