It appears that Anheuser-Busch will win the Harbin Brewery with its $717 million offer, as SABMiller has decided to withdraw from the race for China's fourth-largest brewery.According to reports out of London, SABMiller decided that a counter-bid would make Harbin too expensive for its taste, and has decided to concede it to A-B.
