Andrews Springs for Southern Distributing in Laredo, Creating a “Powerful South Texas Division”

Dear Client: Big Texas Molson Coors/Constellation/spirits house Andrews Distributing has signed a purchase agreement to acquire “substantially all assets" of Southern Distributing in Laredo, Texas, making Laredo Andrews’ sixth Texas “Hometown” location, the company shared yesterday. The deal is scheduled to close in Q3 of this year.  Andrews Laredo Hometown joins Andrews’ Corpus Christi Hometown to create "a powerful South Texas Division delivering a combined 5.3 million cases to customers.”  Overall, the deal levels Andrews up to roughly 45 million
