Craft Bounces Back in ’21, Up 21% in Retail Dollar Value

Dear Client:  This morning, the Brewers Association reported both annual craft production trends and the new top 50 craft brewers list, a move to simplify reporting.  The headline: After a sluggish year in 2020, where BA-defined craft was down 9%, decreasing craft’s beer market share by volume to 12.2%, craft rebounded in ‘21– realizing 8% volume growth, to 24.8 million barrels.
