NYT: White House Behind Hemp Ban Delay

Dear Client: It’s been a hemp news-heavy week and things just got more interesting. The New York Times is reporting that the White House is behind the hemp ban delay included in the draft Senate Continuing Resolution (CR) being considered this week as a stopgap measure to prevent a government shutdown at the end of September.  Recall, if passed, the CR would delay the hemp ban from going into effect for a month, moving the effective date to Dec. 11
