Tilray’s SweetWater Buying Green Flash and Alpine Beer

Dear Client: Tilray-owned SweetWater Brewing Co. has today announced the acquisition of Green Flash and Alpine Beer, San Diego-based makers of well-known West Coast IPA brands.  The company lauded Green Flash and Alpine's "high-quality and highly-respected craft brew staples that seamlessly join SweetWater’s portfolio of flavorful and innovative craft brews and heady lifestyle," particularly as SweetWater has been expanding, under Tilray's tutelage. We're sure you'll recall, reader, that cannabis company Tilray (then Aphria) acquired SweetWater for $300 million last November.
