Founders Strikes Settlement in Racial Discrimination Suit

Dear Client: Founders Brewing Co. sent notice this afternoon that the lawsuit involving the brewery and former employee Tracy Evans “has been dismissed after the parties reached a settlement agreement.”  “Terms of the settlement will not be disclosed,” the notice said.
