Operator John Lane shared some numbers with BBD.  DRAFT UPDATE. First things first: The state of the union on draft. Overall, Winking Lizard Tavern draft is up 3% YTD, with no price increase. “Draft is 13.25% of our overall business while package is 4.75%,” John told BBD.   “We took price last year but will not this year.
