Bloomberg Says Talks Between Constellation and Monster “Progressing”

Dear Client:  Yesterday, Bloomberg published more speculation about a potential Monster/Constellation tie-up, noting that talks are “progressing, according to people familiar with the matter.”  Recall that Bloomberg first reported news of talks between the two entities back in November.
