The STOP Act Passes: Prepare for a New Era

It's been a long and rocky road since a very different version of Stop Act was introduced to the Congress back in February 2005. That earlier version of the bill contained language which would curdle the milk in your breakfast cereal, so I'll spare you the gory details. Net-net, today we've got a bill on the president's desk which will help prevent underage drinking without vilifying our product, while also showing the world (including a certain federal appellate court numbered
