The Vibe Check

Dear Client: The Vibe Conference "for on-premise beverage leaders" kicked off in San Diego this week.  Two different sessions struck us for featuring two different operators' very different philosophies on beer. And yet they arrived at roughly the same conclusion: Beer is important to their base. But it ain't without its issues.  Texas Roadhouse's beverage director wants session beer served ice cold to a guy named John who drives a Chevy and doesn't need to see the menu. Dog Haus
