M&A Mid-Year Recap

Dear Client: Each year, the number of M&A deals across the bev alc industry ticks upward and 2023 appears to be no different. Indeed, the number of deals we've reported on through July is outpacing what we saw in 2022.  The deals so far this year are wide-ranging, from minority investments in smaller brands to bolt-on acquisitions to divesting assets to re-focus, and more.
