Apax Funds Acquires Controlling Stake in Ole Smoky Distillery

Dear Client:   Today funds advised by Apax Partners announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Tennessee-based Ole Smoky Distillery from Centerview Capital.
