Major Brands v. Mast-Jager, SGWS Trial Kicked Off this Week

Dear Client:   The franchise law dispute between Missouri-based wholesaler Major Brands and Mast-Jagermeister along with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits has come to a head this week as the trial kicked off in federal court in St. Louis.  BACKGROUND.
