Dear Client: Ohio-based Cameron Mitchell Restaurants operates 36 restaurants under 16 different concepts in 12 states, from Ocean Prime to Cameron's American Bistro. The restaurant group sold its two most popular concepts, Mitchell's/Columbus Fish Market and Mitchell's/Cameron's Steakhouse, to Ruth's Chris Steak House in early 2008.
