Using FedEx to squeak their complaint in just under the comment deadline before next week's highly anticipated closing of the epic MegaBrew deal ("When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight"), Yuengling attorney Ted Zeller sent the U.S. Department of Justice a 15 page letter outlining ABI's alleged anticompetitive practices and other grievances -- specific and in general -- as to why this deal should either be reconsidered or the Final Judgment be amended as currently written.
