WSWA FILES AMICUS BRIEF IN TENNESSEE

The Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) among others filed an amicus brief Monday in support of Tennessee’s law requiring consumers to conduct face-to-face transactions at in-state and out-of-state wineries.The pending appeal is of a lower court ruling which upheld Tennessee’s ban on direct to consumer wine shipments.
