WSJ Revisits Wine Shipping Controversy

One might argue that state regulations concerning direct wine shipments are no more organized today than they were 3 years ago when the landmark 2005 Granholm v. Heald Supreme Court ruling was made, which requires states to apply the same regulations to in-state and out-of-state wineries when shipping directly to consumers.
