WSJ: Kosta Browne Exploring a Sale

Kosta Browne Winery (KB) has reportedly tapped investment bank North Point Advisors, and is exploring a sale, according to The Wall Street Journal. KB's projected revenue for 2018 is $35.5 million, and is majority owned by private equity form J.W. Childs Associates. The winery was established in 1997, co-founded by Dan Kosta and Michael Browne.
