Wineries Should “Be More Proactive” While Waiting for Tasting Rooms to Reopen

Dear Client:  After the country effectively shut down in mid-March to flatten the curve of the spread of COVID-19, all 50 states have now begun reopening in some way. Restaurants and bars are slowly beginning to reopen with capacity restrictions and enhanced safety regulations.   Winery tasting rooms are also reopening across several states including Oregon, Maryland, Virginia, Texas and parts of California, which has spurred conversation around how to reopen.
