Wine Selections Dwindling on Casual Chain Menus?

For the second consecutive year, Winemetrics has found large casual dining chains are paring down their wine offerings. In a survey of 100 top casual dining chains in the US, Winemetrics saw a drop in both by-the-glass (BTG) and by-the-bottle (BTB) listings.In 2014, Winemetrics reported the average casual dining list had 18 BTG selections and and 23 BTB listings.
