WINE NOW SOLD AT KANSAS STATE FAIR

Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius signed SB 297 that will allow Kansas consumers to receive direct wine shipments and drink wine at the state fair. The new law, in effect July 1, will allow in-state and out-of-state wineries to ship directly to adult consumers after they first make the purchase at the winery.
