Wine Group Acquires Benziger

The Wine Group has acquired Benziger Family Winery in Sonoma. Benziger Family Winery was founded in 1981 in Glen Ellen by the Benzinger family. The Wine Group will also acquire the Imagery Winery and tasting room on Highway 12 in Glen Ellen which is approximately two miles east of Benziger Family Winery. A price was not disclosed.
