Wilson Daniels Acquires Oregon Wholesaler

Wilson Daniels has acquired Oregon-based Galaxy Wine Company expanding its footprint to the West Coast. No financial details were disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of this year, per a release.Galaxy Wine Co. was founded in 1999 by Matt Elsen and Bob Liner. The company has become the third-largest wine wholesaler in Oregon representing more than 400 producers including the likes of: A to Z Wineworks, Shafer Vineyards, Chartron La Fleur and Pulenta Estate.
