Widow Jane Pushes Back Against Acquisition

Last month a group of industry executives filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court against the owner of Widow Jane bourbon, Daniel Preston, for allegedly sabotaging the sale of the brand, claiming that Daniel found a higher bidder [see WSD 03-03-2017].
