Dear Client:Virginia-based importer and distributor The Vintner Group (formerly The Country Vintner) is acquiring its second distributor in Georgia, Quality Wine & Spirits of Atlanta. Quality's portfolio is mainly made up of craft and import spirits (St. George Spirits, Bardstown Barrel Selections) and wine (Hahn Family Cellars and Patz and Hall Wine Company.) The combination of Quality Wine and the recent acquisition of Prestige Wine Wholesale of Marietta is expected to boost The Vintner Group to a market-leading position in
