US Supreme Court Denies to Hear Another Retailer Shipping Case

Dear Client:   Well that was quick. Yesterday, we reported that the US Supreme Court could decide whether or not to take Florida-based Magnum Wine and Tastings' retailer shipping case as early as this week. Today, the SC denied Magnum's petition for writ of certiorari, thus denying to review the case.  BACKGROUND. In 2016, Magnum Wine and Tastings (aka Sarasota Wine Market) filed suit against Missouri arguing the state law that allowed in-state retailers to sell, ship and deliver wine
