TWE Wine Brands to go to Bronco Wine Company

Over the holiday, Treasury Wine Estates let it slip they are selling off 12 commercial wine brands - the equivalent of 1 million cases. The company chose to conceal the price and a buyer, but multiple highly placed sources have confirmed to WSD the brands will go to Bronco Wine Company. No word on the financial terms yet.
