TWE Sells St. Clement Property, Keeps the Brand

Huneeus Vintners has acquired Napa Valley's St. Clement Vineyards from Treasury Wine Estates. The purchase includes the historic house, winery and estate vineyard, per Wine Business. But TWE will be keeping the brand name, inventory and intellectual property.
